Не рекомендую! Жалкуємо про купівлю у цього забудовника. У жк Метрополіс постійні відключення води через величезну заборгованість забудовника перед Київводоканалом. Комерційний тариф на електроенергію, обіцяють прямі договори з ДТЕК вже багато років та тільки обманюють.
Дім без паркінгу. Не розумію як можна побудувати 2 будинки на 34 поверхи — без підземного паркінгу, та без зручної парковки на самої території. Під авто виділили лише одну полосу, без кругового об’їзду. Це значить – що якщо заїхав, то виїхати можна тільки з однієї сторони. А якщо там вже заїхало інше авто (або декілька) – то потрібно всім буксувати назад. Також комуналка – це окрема історія, перший раз бачу будинок на електричному опалені. В лютому був рахунок на 17 000 грн — за ці гроші можна зняти ще одну квартиру….
