UNIT.City is the first innovation park in Ukraine. The main idea of this project is to create an ecosystem and infrastructure for business, high technologies, and creative industries. The park will include residential quarters, office buildings, children’s spaces, and a guest hotel.
The main goal of the project is to provide comfortable living conditions for professionals in intellectual fields, develop the IT industry in Ukraine, combine technological achievements and innovative solutions with residential spaces, and create a new tourist-attractive area in the capital.
UNIT.Home is not just a residential complex, but a complete social and cultural space. The “city within a city” concept will be integrated into the infrastructure of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. The complex will feature its own infrastructure, including commercial spaces, restaurants, a medical center, a school, a fitness center, bike rental, and parking with electric vehicle charging stations.
The UNIT.Home medical center will allow residents to book appointments online, use electronic medical records, receive reminders about preventive check-ups, and integrate fitness trackers into the complex’s medical platform.
The innovative school will be connected to the UNIT.Home information system, allowing parents to stay updated on their child’s academic progress, events, and movements within the UNIT.City territory.
Fitness club visitors will be able to book training sessions online, track trainers’ and group schedules, and maintain an electronic workout diary that will help create meal plans and order sports nutrition at UNIT.Cafe.
Campuses with coworking spaces and conference halls on the territory of the complex will provide areas for presentations and international conferences. The surrounding area will become a park zone with recreation areas, cycling paths, and children’s playgrounds.
