According to the developer KAN Development, the project is designed to create a comfortable and safe environment for living, working, and recreation. Special attention during construction is paid to energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and the development of social infrastructure.
Project Features
The main goal of the residential complex project is to create an open neighborhood, a space filled with sunlight, where all conditions for comfortable living are provided. Thanks to the different heights of the buildings and the carefully planned distances between them, residents can fully enjoy the surrounding views.
The buildings are constructed using monolithic frame technology, which gives buyers many opportunities to modify apartment layouts and better adapt them to their individual needs. Special attention is also paid to energy efficiency – facade insulation with mineral wool helps reduce utility costs in the future.
During construction, the developer transformed Saliutna Street into a fully functional smart street. Along the street, there are benches with built-in batteries that allow residents to charge their devices. There are also permanent charging stations for electric vehicles. The area is equipped with a smart LED lighting system that adjusts brightness depending on weather conditions and time of day. Special attention was paid to the needs of people with disabilities.
